Terms and privacy
Version 2026-10-09-site-1. These terms apply to tutoring arranged with Laurence Stolzenberg, DO, M.Sc. through this website, its contact form or by email.
Service
Individual educational tutoring for medical board examinations. This is not medical care, an official examination service, or a guarantee of an examination result. This is an independent tutoring service, not affiliated with or endorsed by NBOME, NBME, FSMB or the Medical Council of Canada. COMLEX-USA® is a registered trademark of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners; USMLE® is a joint program of FSMB and NBME; MCCQE and NAC are programs of the Medical Council of Canada. These names are used only to identify the exams this tutoring prepares for.
Scheduling and fees
Sessions are arranged by message and are confirmed only when I accept a specific time. The rate is $250 USD/hour, for sessions of 1 to 3 hours. All sessions, including the first, are billed. Short-notice availability is limited: I am a radiology resident whose schedule can include evenings and nights.
A confirmed session can be cancelled or moved without charge more than 24 hours before it starts. Inside 24 hours, cancellation, rescheduling or a student no-show incurs the full booked fee. If I cancel, you are not charged.
Exam content
Tutoring never uses, requests or discusses actual or recalled examination questions. Do not share them in a session, a message or an attachment. A session in which a student does so may be ended.
Privacy
Messages sent through the contact form are processed by Formspree and delivered to my email. Messages, score reports and other files you send are kept in my email to provide tutoring and are not sold or shared for marketing. Do not send patient information, passwords or unnecessary identifiers. To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your information, email me. Some payment records may need to be kept for accounting.
